Click on Left Navigation Menu, Select CRM> Bulk SMS

You can select Groups of Customer, Vendors, and Members to Send Bulk SMS.

Write the SMS and Select the Route Promotional/Transactional to Send Bulk SMS.
Click on "Send" to Send Bulk SMS.
